- Refund more than 3 weeks before – if you wish to cancel three or more weeks before the start of the term or the start of the series of classes you have booked, the course fee will be refunded minus an Administration Fee of £45.
- No refund less than 3 weeks before – any cancellations made less than three weeks before the start of the term/classes will not receive a refund or a credit.
- Makeup Sessions – if your child is unwell or if you cannot attend an in-person lesson for any other reason, providing you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we will try to arrange a replacement lesson (subject to availability), either online or in person. No refund or credit will be given. You are entitled to two replacement lessons per term for in person and online classes. They cannot be carried forward to the next term.
- Force Majeure – if an in-person lessons cannot take place, for reasons of Force Majeure (natural disaster, attack, pandemics, strikes or extreme weather), or following a national or local lockdown for any pandemics or other public health reasons, lessons will then be given online until classes are able to resume.
In the case of forces beyond our control, such as pandemics, we will offer a replacement session online.
Should they be shorter than the originally scheduled time then we will issue a credit for equivalent balance.
If you do not wish to join the replacement online session, a refund will be issued to you, minus an Administration fee of £45. Alternatively, you could be issued with a credit note valid for 6 months, which will not carry an Administration deduction.
